The Practice

Let's start the year with the intention to grow, heal, improve health, and welcome in happiness!

The Practice got its name because life is a tricky journey, one that doesn't always feel perfect - we are not perfect. We live with worry, fear, doubt, regret, and a bunch of other emotions. Everything we carry gets stored in the body and creates illness, unease, and disfunction. As a result of stuck experiences, we may resort to unhealthy and damaging behaviors, like additions, bad habits, or running away from life and ourself.

Life is not meant to be perfect, and with a regular practice focused on the body, the breath, and our inner voice, we can release the past. We can live free. We can learn our strength and our capacity. We can trust in ourself and the greater good.

Wherever you are on your journey, The Practice is a yoga membership that supports your whole Self.

About Us:

These are embodied yoga practices that support inner and outer healing, so you can live happy, free, and guided by your own heart.

To embody something means we feel it with our entire body - all senses, mind, body, and heart. We live yoga both on and off our mat. Yoga is a practice that is meant to be embodied, a practice that serves our physical body as well as our emotional well-being, which includes thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors.

These practices include asana, physical postures, as well as breath, presence, focus, meditation, and more. Yoga philosophy is infused into every practice. With this approach, yoga improves physical health and vitality, while also being a transformative path to inner healing and self-discovery.

Meet Molly

I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years. I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and am halfway through my 500 hour training. I teach heart-centered practices that include meditation, breath, observing body-sensations, and physical yoga postures. I am a published author of 2 books - Fallen Star: A Return to Self through the Eight Limbs of Yoga (Shanti Arts 2022) and Yoga Wise: 365 Yoga-Inspired Teachings to Transform Your Life (Llewellyn 2023).

"Everything about The Practice has exceeded my expectations! I love having both 30 and 60 minute class options. I use the meditations nightly before I wind down for bed which is the perfect way to clear out the mind and ready my body for sleep. The group coaching calls have been wonderful opportunities to discuss a variety of topics from questions on yoga poses and breathing, to heavier topics such as emotions, trauma, and feelings. Most importantly, the group coaching calls are a safe space to connect with like minded individuals who are not only seeking spiritual awareness and healing for themselves, but who have the compassion and empathy to support others.” - MONTHLY MEMBER

"After one session, I knew Molly was the right teacher for me. I have struggled with a lot of health issues, including stage 4 cancer. I needed a way to get out of my head and in touch with my body and emotions. I’m so glad I met Molly, and was given the gift of compassionate yoga.” - PRIVATE CLIENT
